Living a life that keeps blood pressure at normal levels all the time is not that easy to accomplish. For some of us it's just automatic and we don't have to follow it too closely, but for others they do. Even though some do all the correct steps to prevent high blood pressure, they still have it. Norvasc can help lower these levels in many cases.
Most of the time Norvasc is taken once per day at the same time. Do not take more than one dose of Norvasc at any time unless otherwise instructed by your physician. If you miss one dosage you can take it as soon as you remember unless it's been over 12 hours from the time you were supposed to take it. The side effects of Norvasc might include swelling in the feet or ankles, headache, feeling tired or dizzy. If you experience any negative side effects of taking Norvasc you need to contact your physician immediately. Stay on top of things and keep track of your Norvasc dosages so you do not miss one because for some people missing one can cause uncomfortable symptoms.
